Planning Coordinator (PlanCo):
1. Setting up the MCS tool (Gate Planning, Action Log, MRM, TRM, CRM, peu, job card / MDR tracking)
2. Coordinate with the AMCS (Non Garuda) or TLP-1 (Garuda) to determine the status of maintenance must be next.
3. Coordinate with the AMCS Non pswt GA to find out who will get 3 months confirmed the upcoming
4. In coordination with CS for OS issue.
5. Coordinate with PLE or TLP-3 to prepare the paper work
6. Coordinate with the production to carry out the Preliminary Inspection.
7. Held a coordination meeting with all parties involved (AM, PLE, PC, Production) to discuss maintenance plans
8. Planning controls all activities of the early gate and prepare for the next process
9. Determine all matters in which if the Planning gate disrupt TAT to be coordinated with the Project
10. Ensure all relevant units involved in Project Planning Gate appropriate to use the function
11. Ensure all paper work, BOM, BOT, daily menus are finished on time as specified in the Planning Gate.
12. Ensure daily menus are implemented appropriately.
13. Along AM to PPR in the final project (5 days after RTS Issued)
14. Ensure all work package is returned to the Customer (7 days after RTS Issued)
